STEPS TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR PLAYERS REGISTRATION

PLAYERS NEW REGISTRATION

• Click on the “Players Registration form” under registration tab.
• Fill all the mandatory field in the page.
• Upload the following documents
  1. Passport size Photograph (jpg format, Latest Photos, Not below 500px )
  2. Scanned copy of Original Birth Certificate (PDF format)
  3. School Bonafide Certificate (or) Passport (PDF format)
  4. Aadhar Card (PDF format)
• Click on checkboxes to confirm the Terms and Conditions & Declaration
• Click “Submit”
• After submitting the application, you will be getting a message and email to your registered mobile number and email id stating that “Your application is submitted successfully”
• After the submission of the application, it will take you to the billing address page where you need to confirm the billing address. Click “ Pay”.
• After this, it will redirect you to the Payment Gateway of PAYUMoney where you need to pay your registration fees.
• Payment can be done through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Payments, Wallet, and UPI
• After the payment, you will receive a receipt which can be downloaded or saved.
• What’s Next…! After approval from the Registration Department, your will be receiving mail your registered email id.

REGISTRATION FEES

• Registration fee ₹1000 for two years + ₹100 for card printing charges+18% GST
• The registration card will be valid for 2 years from the date of registration.
• It will be mandatory for all players in Karnataka to be registered with KSLTA to take part in AITA and state ranking tournaments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If player want to cancel the registration after registration is done. You have to write us an email in detail to registrations@kslta.com within 48 hours of registration from the email Id which you registered. Once we verified your email, we'll cancel the registration and process the refund as per refund policy.
• If we received your cancellation email post 48 hours of registration (or) once registration number is generated, there is no cancellation and no refund will be processed.

REFUND POLICY

• There might be few cases where for some reasons the Registration application might be rejected.
• In case any application is rejected, the amount of registration fee paid shall only be refunded.
• The refund shall be effected through the payment gateway, from where the amount was initially paid. In normal course the amount shall be paid within 4-7 working days of rejection. Card Printing charges of Rs 100/- shall not be refunded.
