Meghana GD continued her giant killing spree to make it to the Girls semifinals of the SAT Sports AITA CS7 U-18 tournament here on Wednesday. After sending the sixth seed Jenifer Chacko of Assam yesterday, the 17-year-old Meghana sent the second seed Sree Tanvi Dasari packing in straight sets 6-1, 6-3 in the quarterfinals. Another seed in the form of fourth seed Anushka Garimella fell to Varunya Naveen 5-7, 2-6.

Meanwhile, top seed in the Boys category Mandeep Reddy Kudumala was stretched by fifth seed Vishal Vasudev M before recoding a 5-7, 6-2, 6-4 victory while entering the last four.
