Top seed Mahika Reddy barged into the quarterfinals of the FSA AITA Talent Series-3 U-14 tennis tournament held under the aegis of KSLTA and conducted by Fortune Sports Academy here on Tuesday. Mahika breezed past challenger Yahana Arora 8-3.

Meanwhile, Sangeetha BM showed sixth seed Kavya Sarvanan the door with a facile 8-1 win to reach the last eight stage.

Heavy showers delayed the proceedings forcing a delay in the start of the second round.
