There was an exodus of seeds at KSLTA-AITA TS 7 Under-14 tournament, an event on the Tattvam Junior Tour being held at the KSLTA Tennis Stadium here on Tuesday. Leading the downfall of the fancied players were the top three seeds in the Boys’ category - Prakaash Sarran, Srikar Doni and Subramanya Venkatesh Belman respectively.

While it was Abhradeep Bhattacharyya who made it a one-sided affair against Prakaash with a 6-0, 6-1 victory, Dhakshish Aryan sent home the second seed in three sets 2-6, 6-2, 6-0 and Yash Panchaxari ousted Subramanya 6-2, 6-1. Both Dhakshish and Yash came through qualifiers.

In the Girls category, fourth seed Thanu Vishwas, fifth seed Karthika Padmakumar and sixth seed Aylin Miriam Cornelio crashed out of the tournament losing to their lesser-known rivals – Indusha Nimakayala, Disha Kumar and Pooja Nagaraj respectively.
