HEALTH CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Members and Dependent Members should sign the register on entering the Gym and are required to produce their I.D. Card on demand.
  2. Only the Gym Instructor operate the Music System.
  3. Members / Dependents / Guests are requested not to operate the T.V. The Gym Instructor will play any of the following Channels (without sound) on specific instructions from the Chairman, Health Club. 
     i. Sports Channel
     ii. National Geographic / Discovery
  4. Members are requested to write their names in the ‘Q’ for any one Tread Machine / Cross Trainer only.
  5. Members who are waiting for the Tread Machine / Cross Trainer are not permitted to give their chance / turn for other members who come late or their turn is at last.
  6. Members are not allowed to write other members name if they are physically not present in the Gym.
  7. Members are requested to use the Tread Machine for 20 Minutes and Cross Trainer for 15 Minutes only.
  8. Members are requested not to Bring outside Coaches for Health Club. It Should Strictly be Followed.
  9. Member(s) should register the name(s) of the/their guest(s) by paying the guest fee of Rs. 150/- + Tax(Rupees One Hundred Fifty only ) on week Days & Weekend and General Holidays 200+Tax per guest at the Gym table. Members introducing a guest to the club shall be responsible for his/her compliance of the rules of the Club House
  10. A Member may bring in not more than three guests at a time. The Member should be present with the guest(s) at all times and play with the guests.
  11. No member will introduce as his/her guest more than thrice a month. Suppose ‘X’ is a guest for a member ‘P’ three times in a particular month, then, any other member to the club cannot entertain this guest ‘X’ in that particular month.

 

Dress Code For Gymnasium

Gents: Should wear Track Pant & T-Shirt / Shorts & T-Shirts with only Sports Shoe.
Ladies: Track Pant & T-Shirt / Shorts & T-Short / Salwar Kameez with only Sports Shoe. Bare feet & Slippers are not allowed.

 

GYM Timings

6.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. & 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m

 

CHARGES

Members Monthly Subscription - ₹ 300 + Tax Per Month
Dependant Monthly Subscrption - ₹ 200 + Tax Per Month
Week Days Guest Charges – ₹ 150 + Tax
Weekend & General Holidays - ₹ 200 + Tax
