PLAYERS NEW REGISTRATION
Click on the “Player Registration Form” under the Registration tab.
Step 1 - Fill in all mandatory fields.
Step 2 - Upload the following documents:
Latest Passport size photo (JPG,min. 500px)
Birth Certificate (PDF)
School Bonafide Certificate or Passport (PDF)
Aadhaar Card (PDF)
Step 3 - Agree to the Terms & Conditions by ticking the checkboxes.
Step 4 - Click Submit.
Step 5 - After submission:
- You’ll receive a confirmation message and email: “Your application has been submitted successfully.”
- You'll be redirected to the Billing Address page. Confirm the address.
- Click Pay to proceed.
Step 6 - Payment:
- Redirects to PAYUMoney gateway.
- Pay via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, Mobile Payment, or UPI.
Step 7 - After Payment:
- You’ll receive a receipt (downloadable/savable).
- Once approved by the Registration Department, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered ID
REGISTRATION FEES
- ₹1000 for 2 years + ₹100 (card printing) + 18% GST
- The registration card is valid for 2 years from the date of registration.
- Mandatory for all players in Karnataka to register with KSLTA to participate in AITA and State Ranking Tournaments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- To cancel, email [email protected] within 48 hours of registration from your registered email ID.
- After verification, your registration will be canceled, and a refund processed as per the policy.
- No cancellation or refund if the request is made after 48 hours or once a registration number is generated.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are only applicable if the application is rejected.
- Only the registration fee is refundable.
- Card printing charges (₹100) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 4–7 working days.
