Members desiring to reserve party halls for hosting their own functions shall apply to the Hon. Jt. Secretary in the prescribed form available with the office and club house manager.
During office hour the reservation form and advance amount to be made over to Accounts/ Club House Manager.
The member hosting the party / event must be present during its duration and sign the bill at the end of it, Guest signatures on bills are invalid.
DJ / Live Music is permitted subject to noise levels being within the permissible limits
Sound / Lightings, projector, screen & DJ will be sourced only from club approved vendors and must be paid for by the members.
Banners and placards are not permitted outside the areas being used for the party.
Any Damages and Breakage to club property will be to the member account.
Food, Liquors or other beverages from outside shall not be permitted to be brought in.
Fire works and fire lanterns are nit allowed within the premises.
The menu and the arrangements must be confirmed 72 hours before of the party.
50% of the Amount should be paid at the time of booking.
Party bill should be settled immediately after the party.

Party Hall Charges 18% GST Applicable.
HALL CHARGES
Upper Deck - Rs.5000 + Tax
Lower Deck - Rs.5000 + Tax
VIP Lounge - Rs.5,000 + Tax
Players Lounge - Rs.5,000 + Tax
CANCELATION CHARGES
Cancellation charges for party halls will be forfeited on the rental charges and not on the advance paid for the food, which will be refunded fully in the event of a cancellation. The cancellations charges will be as follows.
1. If cancelled 5 days prior to the party -25% will be forfeited.
2. If cancelled 4 days prior to the party -50% will be forfeited.
3. If cancelled 3 days prior to the party -70% will be forfeited.
4. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to the date of the party 80% will be forfeited.
